Phase II of Huaxin Tuoyuan Tianjin Plant was started, which will meet the requirements for calibration, production and packaging of Huaxin chips
According to the official WeChat news of Huaxin, recently, the second phase of Huaxin Tuoyuan (Tianjin) Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huaxin") factory and the North Headquarters project of Tianjin Economic Development Zone enterprise officially started construction.
According to the public information, the second phase of Huaxin Plant is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2022, and the annual output value will increase by nearly 300 million yuan after it is completed and put into operation. At the same time, Huaxin North Headquarters will be built in the Economic Development Zone. This is another important milestone for Huaxin to accelerate the deployment of high-performance inertial products in the large-scale application of automatic driving scenarios after obtaining the IATF16949 quality system certification.
It is understood that Huaxin was registered in Tianjin Economic Development Zone in 2020 and committed to developing semiconductor technology and high-end sensor products with independent intellectual property rights. Huaxin Factory is located in TEDA Intelligent Unmanned Equipment Industrial Park. Phase I of the factory has been put into operation in January 2021, mainly producing WIS2000, WIS3000, WIS210 and WIS300 inertial navigation products, Linglong R series and Linglong D series gyro chips. Its main Linglong core D-series gyroscope chip is the first high-performance MEMS gyroscope chip independently designed and developed in China, which breaks through the "choke" technology of high-end sensors, is a key technological breakthrough in the development of the information innovation industry, and has broad application prospects.
The total area of the second phase of the plant under construction is nearly 4000 square meters, which will meet the needs of Huaxin chip calibration, production and packaging after completion. Huaxin calibration production line will use high-precision calibration equipment, with an annual production capacity of 150000 sets. Huaxin chip packaging production line will use fully automated equipment of international mainstream brands, and the annual packaging capacity of high-performance MEMS chips will not be less than 250000 shafts after being put into production.
